Getting Started
What happens after I sign up?+
Once you complete your health intake form, a licensed provider will review your information the same day. If approved, your prescription is written and your order goes into fulfillment. Your medication ships within 24 hours of provider approval via FedEx with cold-pack packaging. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do I need insurance?+
No. HumanPeptide.co is entirely cash-pay. No insurance required, no prior authorizations, no delays. You pay one flat price — everything is included.
Is the provider consultation included in the price?+
Yes. The cost of your provider review is included in your subscription or one-time purchase price. There are no hidden fees, separate consultation charges, or add-ons.
Will I be charged if I don't qualify?+
No. If a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines you are not a candidate for the medication, you will receive a full refund. You are only charged for an approved prescription.
What states do you currently serve?+
We currently serve: Florida, Rhode Island, Missouri, Wisconsin, Montana, Arizona, Vermont, Virginia, Wyoming, South Dakota, New York, Georgia, and New Mexico. We're actively expanding — check back if your state isn't listed yet.
Do you accept FSA or HSA cards?+
Not at this time. FSA/HSA eligibility is on our roadmap and we'll notify active members when it becomes available.
Your Prescription & Provider
How does the intake process work? +
Everything is 100% online. You complete a health questionnaire — no video calls, no in-person visits. A licensed U.S.-based provider reviews your intake and determines whether the medication is appropriate for you. If approved, a prescription is issued and your order is sent to our compounding pharmacy.
Where are your providers based? +
All providers in our network are licensed and board-certified in the United States.
Is your pharmacy FDA-regulated? +
Yes. Your medication is compounded by an FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacy, subject to state board of pharmacy oversight. Each batch undergoes quality testing before shipment.
Is this the same semaglutide as Ozempic or Wegovy? +
Semaglutide is the active ingredient in both Ozempic and Wegovy. Our version is compounded by an FDA-registered 503A pharmacy using the same active compound. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved brand-name drugs, but are legally prepared and dispensed under the oversight of a licensed provider and pharmacy.
I have a previous prescription from another provider. Can I start at a higher dose? +
No. For your safety, all new members start from the beginning of our protocol regardless of prior treatment history. Your provider will evaluate your intake and determine the appropriate starting point based on your current health profile.
Can I increase my dose? +
Dose changes are determined by your provider only. If you feel ready for an adjustment, contact your care team through your member portal. Do not change your dose on your own.
What if I'm pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to get pregnant? +
GLP-1 medications are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. This is screened during your intake review. If your situation changes while on treatment, notify your care team immediately and discontinue use until you speak with your provider.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping free? +
Yes. All orders — subscription and one-time — ship free via FedEx. No minimum order, no exceptions.
How long does shipping take? +
Your order ships within 24 hours of provider approval. FedEx delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How is my medication packaged? +
All orders ship cold-packed in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging. The outer packaging does not indicate the contents.
The ice pack in my package was melted when it arrived. Is that okay? +
Cold packs commonly melt during transit — this does not automatically mean your medication is compromised. Refrigerate your medication immediately upon arrival and follow the storage instructions on the label. If the packaging appears damaged or you have any concerns about temperature exposure, contact our support team before using it.
What days do you ship? +
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders approved after the daily fulfillment cutoff will ship the next business day.
Can I get my next shipment early if I'm traveling? +
Possibly. Contact our support team in advance of your trip and we'll explore available options based on your billing cycle and pharmacy processing timelines.
How do I update my shipping address? +
Log into your member account and update your shipping address in account settings. Changes must be made before your order is processed to apply to that shipment.
Subscription & Billing
What's included in my subscription price? +
Your subscription includes: provider intake review, your prescription (if approved), your monthly medication supply, free FedEx cold-pack shipping, and access to member support. One flat price — no hidden fees.
What's the difference between a subscription and a one-time purchase? +
The subscription ($129/mo intro, then $199/mo) ships automatically each month and locks in your intro rate as long as you stay active. The one-time purchase ($169) is a single order with no recurring charge. Subscribers also receive priority member support.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Log into your member account and cancel in your account settings — no phone calls, no runaround. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, your cancellation must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
What happens after I cancel? +
Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again. Any medication already in transit will still be delivered.
What is your refund policy? +
You can receive a full refund if you cancel before a provider has reviewed your intake, or if a provider determines you are medically ineligible. Once your prescription is written and fulfillment has begun, orders are non-refundable — federal law prohibits the return of dispensed prescription medications. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced. For full details, see our
Side Effects & Safety
What are the most common side effects of semaglutide? +
The most commonly reported side effects include nausea, mild bloating, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, and reduced appetite. Most side effects are temporary and improve within the first 2–4 weeks as your body adjusts. Our protocol starts low and titrates gradually to minimize discomfort. If side effects persist, worsen, or feel severe, contact your care team through your member portal before adjusting your dose.
What if I stop taking semaglutide — will I regain the weight? +
Some people may regain weight after stopping GLP-1 therapy, especially if lifestyle changes aren't maintained. Individual responses vary. Your provider can help you plan a responsible discontinuation if and when you're ready.
Who should NOT take semaglutide? +
Semaglutide is not appropriate if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or MEN2 syndrome, a history of pancreatitis, Type 1 diabetes, or if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. Your intake form screens for these contraindications.
Are there medications I should not take with semaglutide? +
Certain medications may interact with GLP-1 therapy. Always disclose your full current medication list on your intake form. If your medications change after approval, notify your care team before continuing treatment.
Results
How much weight can I expect to lose? +
Results vary by individual. Clinical studies on semaglutide have shown an average of 15–20% body weight reduction over 6–12 months when combined with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
When will I start seeing results? +
Most members notice reduced appetite and cravings within the first 1–2 weeks. Significant weight loss typically begins around weeks 4–8. Consistency with your protocol, diet, and activity level are the biggest factors in your outcome.
Is this just a shortcut, or a real medical protocol? +
It's a medical protocol — not a shortcut. Semaglutide works by addressing appetite regulation at a biological level, not willpower. It works best when combined with dietary changes and regular activity. Members who treat it as a tool alongside lifestyle changes see the best and most sustained results.
