CeliaHealth – Liability Disclaimer

1. Scope and Acknowledgment

CeliaHealth products—including genetic testing kits and research-grade peptides—are provided
exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes. By purchasing, you acknowledge and
agree that these products are not intended, produced, or authorized for human or animal
consumption, administration, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, or nutritional use.

2. “As-Is” Condition & No Warranties

All CeliaHealth products are supplied “as is” and “with all faults”, with no express or implied
warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, quality, or
non-infringement. They have not undergone safety, sterility, toxicity, or efficacy testing for
humans or animals.

3. Assumption of Risk & Complete Release of Liability

By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for handling, storage, use, or disposal of CeliaHealth
products. Under no circumstances will CeliaHealth be liable—whether in contract, tort (including
negligence), strict liability, or otherwise—for any personal injury, adverse reaction (even if due to
contamination or mislabeling), illness, death, damage, loss, or costs (including legal or
regulatory).

4. No Liability for Adverse Events

You expressly agree that any adverse reaction or injury, whether resulting from misuse,
unforeseen exposure, contamination, or improper handling, is solely your responsibility. CeliaHealth
disclaims all liability under any legal or equitable theory, regardless of any failure to warn or
known risk.

5. No Professional Advice or Claims

CeliaHealth does not provide medical, dietary, legal, or other professional advice. Information, data,
or results obtained are for research purposes only and should not be used for clinical or
therapeutic decision-making.

6. Legal Compliance and Misuse

You represent that you:

• Are qualified and equipped to handle research-grade materials safely;
• Will use these products exclusively in a controlled laboratory environment;
• Will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies governing
  purchase, handling, use, import/export, and disposal.

Use beyond intended research purpose or regulatory non-compliance constitutes a material
breach, entitling CeliaHealth to terminate your purchasing rights and pursue legal remedies,
including injunctions, damages, and indemnification.

7. Indemnity Obligation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
CeliaHealth (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates) from all claims, liabilities,
losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that arise from:

• Misuse or unauthorized use of products;
• Adverse reactions or injuries;
• Non-compliance with this disclaimer or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Even if CeliaHealth is aware of potential loss or harms, its maximum aggregate liability shall not
exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the product in question. All other damages are
disclaimed.

9. Binding Effect and Updates

This Disclaimer is part of your binding agreement with CeliaHealth. CeliaHealth reserves the right to
update or amend this Disclaimer at any time, and continued purchase constitutes acceptance of
any changes.
