This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or use our website and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1) What we do

Humanpeptide provides an online platform that enables users to request prescription-only peptide treatments. Requests are reviewed by independent licensed providers we contract with. If a prescription is issued, it may be fulfilled by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy partner and shipped to the patient, as permitted by law.

2) Information we collect

A) Information you provide

We collect information you submit through the Services, including:

  • Contact and identifiers: name, date of birth, sex/gender, email address, phone number, shipping address, and state of residence/location
  • Order and account-related information: items selected, order details, confirmations, and customer support communications (e.g., emails)
  • Medical intake information: health history and questionnaire responses you submit for provider review
  • Marketing preferences: whether you opt in to receive promotional emails

Guest checkout: We currently support guest checkout + intake and do not require a user account.

B) Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Authorize.Net). We receive limited payment-related data such as billing details and transaction status. We do not store full payment card numbers.

C) Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring/exit pages, and interactions
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for functionality, analytics, security, and advertising measurement

D) Information from third parties

We may receive information from:

  • Independent licensed providers involved in your evaluation (e.g., treatment status, prescription decisions)
  • Pharmacies that fulfill prescriptions (e.g., fulfillment status)
  • Service providers supporting our operations (e.g., security, analytics)

3) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • Facilitate required medical intake and route information to independent licensed providers for review
  • Process transactions and coordinate fulfillment when prescribed
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and monitor for misuse
  • Conduct analytics and improve user experience
  • Send promotional emails only if you opt in
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms/policies

4) How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

A) Providers and pharmacies (for care and fulfillment)

  • Independent licensed providers who review your intake and determine whether a prescription is appropriate
  • Pharmacies that fill prescriptions and ship them to patients (if prescribed)

B) Service providers

Vendors who help us operate the Services (e.g., website hosting, analytics, security, payment processing, email delivery). They may access information only as needed to perform services for us.

C) Advertising and analytics partners

We use tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and deliver more relevant ads. This may involve sharing identifiers and online activity data (e.g., cookie IDs, device data, IP address, event/activity data). See Section 5.

D) Legal and safety

We may disclose information if necessary to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government request
  • Protect rights, safety, and security of Humanpeptide, users, or the public
  • Prevent fraud or misuse

E) Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5) Cookies, advertising, and Global Privacy Control

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Site functionality and performance
  • Analytics and measurement
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Advertising measurement and optimization (including Meta)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Services may not function properly.

“Sale” / “Share” of personal information (California)

We do not sell personal information for money. However, using advertising pixels may be considered a “share” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some laws.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required/recognized. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising for that browser/device (where applicable). Because opt-outs are browser/device-based, you may need to set GPC on each browser/device you use.

6) Health information

Your intake responses and related information are used to enable independent licensed providers to evaluate whether a prescription is appropriate and to coordinate pharmacy fulfillment if prescribed.

Important: Independent providers and pharmacies may be subject to privacy obligations under healthcare laws (including HIPAA) and may have their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy governs Humanpeptide’s handling of data in connection with our Services.

7) Data retention

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal and operational requirements, and no longer than 7 years unless a longer period is required by law or needed for legitimate business/legal purposes (e.g., dispute resolution, fraud prevention).

8) Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Your choices

  • Promotional emails: You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
  • Cookies/GPC: Use browser controls and/or GPC to limit tracking as described above.
  • Access, deletion, and other rights: See Section 10.
