Refund & Cancellation Policy

✅ Eligible for refund

Cancelled before provider reviews your intake, or if a provider determines you are medically ineligible.

— Not refundable

After your prescription is written and fulfillment has begun. Federal law prohibits return of dispensed Rx medications.

✅ Damaged or wrong items

Contact support immediately with photos. Incorrect or damaged items are replaced by the pharmacy.

— Partial subscription periods

We do not issue refunds for partially used billing cycles once an order has been fulfilled.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, by logging into your member account.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing date. If your cancellation is received after that window, your subscription will be charged on the next billing date and the cancellation will take effect at the start of the following billing cycle.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your current billing period. Any medication already in transit will still be delivered.

Refund Policy

Before provider review is complete
If you cancel your order before a licensed provider has completed your intake review, you are eligible for a full refund.

After prescription is written and fulfillment has begun
Once your prescription has been written and your order has entered the fulfillment process, your order is non-refundable.

⚠️ Federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications to pharmacies once they have been dispensed to a patient. This is a public health and safety requirement — not a discretionary policy.

Medical disqualification
If a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines you are not a candidate for the medication, you will receive a full refund. You will not be charged for a prescription that was not issued.

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your medication upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact our support team immediately with photos and your order details. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced by the pharmacy.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Orders where the prescription has already been written and fulfillment has begun
  • Cancellations submitted within 72 hours of a billing date (these take effect the following cycle)
  • Shipments already in transit at the time of cancellation

Refund eligibility applies to subscription and one-time service fees only — not to third-party provider or pharmacy services rendered. In all events, you are responsible for fees from services and healthcare services rendered. This policy governs subscription and purchase fees only.
