Emergency Notice: Our Services are not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.
By accessing or using our website, placing an order/request, or submitting a medical questionnaire, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) What Humanpeptide is (and is not)
Humanpeptide provides a technology platform that enables users to request access to prescription-only peptide treatments.
- Medical services are provided by independent licensed providers we contract with.
- Humanpeptide does not practice medicine and does not make prescribing decisions.
- If a provider issues a prescription, it may be fulfilled by an independent pharmacy. Humanpeptide is not a pharmacy and does not control pharmacy practice.
No guarantee of prescription: Payment, intake submission, or use of our site does not guarantee you will receive a prescription.
2) Eligibility and availability
To use the Services, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be located in the United States
- Be located in a state where our Services are available
Availability may change. We may restrict access in certain states or for certain products at any time.
3) Medical questionnaire and provider review
To request prescription-only treatments, you must complete a required medical questionnaire (“Intake”).
- Providers review your Intake and determine, in their independent medical judgment, whether a prescription is appropriate.
- Providers may approve all, some, or none of the items you requested.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update information if it changes. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in denial, delays, or cancellation.
4) Ordering model and partial approvals
A) No charge unless prescribed (authorization only)
We use payment authorization and only capture payment if a prescription is issued and your order is approved for fulfillment.
- If your request is not prescribed, we void/release the authorization. Your bank’s release timeline varies and is outside our control.
- No price changes allowed: The total you authorize is the total captured if prescribed. We do not change prices after authorization.
B) Partial approvals
If only some items are prescribed/approved:
- We will auto-remove the denied items from your order, and
- We will capture payment only for the approved items.
You will receive an email confirmation reflecting what was approved.
5) Cancellations, returns, and refunds
A) Cancellation
You may cancel any time before the provider begins review of your Intake. Once provider review begins, cancellation may not be possible.
B) Returns
Prescription products are not returnable and cannot be accepted back for resale or reuse once shipped.
C) Refunds
Because payment is captured only if prescribed, refunds generally apply only in limited situations (e.g., erroneous duplicate capture). Contact support@humanpeptide.co if you believe an error occurred.
6) Shipping, delivery, and replacements
If prescribed, the pharmacy will ship your medication to the shipping address you provide.
- Wrong address: No reshipments for incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the user.
- Lost/damaged in transit: We follow a replace-once / carrier claim process. You must cooperate with carrier claim documentation and timelines.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7) Subscriptions (GLP-1 programs)
Certain GLP-1 programs may be offered as subscriptions (“Subscription”).
A) Auto-renewal
If you enroll in a Subscription, you authorize recurring billing on a repeating basis (e.g., monthly), unless canceled.
Subscription cadence: [e.g., “every 30 days”]
Subscription price: [amount] per cycle
B) Provider oversight still applies
Each Subscription cycle may require clinical review. If a provider does not prescribe/approve, we do not capture payment for that cycle (authorization only).
C) Canceling a subscription
You may cancel before the provider begins review for the next cycle to avoid that cycle’s authorization/capture.
How to cancel: [account portal steps] or email support@humanpeptide.co
8) Communications and electronic consent (email only)
You consent to receive communications electronically (including required disclosures, receipts, policy updates, and service notices) via email.
Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
9) No medical advice; informational content only
Content on the website is for informational purposes and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.
10) Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
- Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the site
- Use the site to create a competing product or service
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information
We may suspend or block access for violations.
11) Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Humanpeptide or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
12) Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that your Intake and related data may be shared with independent providers and pharmacies as needed to provide Services and fulfill prescriptions if prescribed.
13) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANPEPTIDE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Humanpeptide does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
14) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANPEPTIDE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANPEPTIDE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HUMANPEPTIDE IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in that case, limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.)
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Humanpeptide harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
16) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or used the Services improperly. Certain sections (disclaimers, limitation of liability, arbitration, etc.) survive termination.
17) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
18) Mandatory arbitration and class action waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
A) Agreement to arbitrate
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except you may bring individual claims in small claims court if eligible.
B) No class actions
You and Humanpeptide agree disputes will be brought only on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are waived.
C) Arbitration administrator and rules
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, unless the parties agree otherwise.
D) Opt-out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@humanpeptide.co with:
- Your full name
- Email used on the site
- Mailing address
- A clear statement that you opt out of arbitration
E) Notice of dispute
Before starting arbitration, you agree to send a written Notice of Dispute to:
Humanpeptide LLC, 4849 Lake Worth Road, Suite 203, Greenacres, FL 33463
and support@humanpeptide.co
including your name, contact info, description of dispute, and requested relief. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
19) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
